My tree that I purchased was not hooked up to a sprinkler line as was promised and it has not survived. It has been about 12 weeks and Jeremy is too busy to replace my tree. I have paid about 14K for the yard, so I am pretty frustrated. He has given me three dates that he will come and replace it and has cancelled every time. The other work is good - but so far I am not very impressed and unhappy with the dead tree in my yard. Not one of my neighbors in interested at all in using the company who did my sprinklers, sod and trees.
